Our pristine One Acre Pond Beach will have approximately 100 feet of sandy beach front, multiple barbecue grills throughout the pond and four (4) pavilion's you can rent/reserve ahead of time for your family and friends. Swim, Fish or Challenge yourself in Shepherd's Largest Floating Obstacle Course and enjoy hours of adventure!

House Rules
Waivers
In order to participate in Shea's Ranch - One Acre Pond activities, all guests must read and sign our Accident, Liability and Indemnification Form. The parents of minors under the age of 18 years will need to execute the waiver on their behalf. The form can be printed and filled out at home and brought to Shea's Ranch for entry access. Forms are also available at our facility at the main gate. If you have already filled one out, you were provided a member ID number. Please provide us with that number and present a state ID at the entrance for entry. Children under 5 are not allowed access to our Floating Obstacle course.
Purchases, Season Passes & CASH ONLY Payment
CASH Only is accepted in our facility. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please note there will be a surcharge added to your admission fee of 3.5%. Please click here to purchase admission tickets. If paid online, please print your payment confirmation; it must be shown for entry. All purchases are final and non-refundable. General Admission is $9.00 (CASH). Children ages 2 and under are free. Children under 5 are not allowed access to our Floating Obstacle course. Individual Season Passes are available for purchase at $60.00 per person (March 1st-September 30). Discount Season Passes are available if four or more are purchased together at $50.00 per person. You can also purchase your season passes online (3.5% added).
Business Hours and Employment/Volunteer Information
During our off season (October 1st - February 31), we will be open Saturdays and Sundays only, from 10 am-6 pm. During our summer peak season (March 1st-September 30th), we will be open Monday - Sunday from 10 am-6 pm. If you would like information on how to Volunteer or work for Shea's Ranch and want to apply, please send your resume to booking@shearanch.com.
Pavilion Rental Pricing and Reservations
Our pavilions do not have electricity or water connections. Pavilion reservation must be made at least two days in advance. To reserve a pavilion please email us the same day you expect the book your rental (availability can change within 1 hour). Payments accepted are CASH only at our facility. If you wish to pay with a credit card you may do so on our website. Please note a 3.5% surcharge will be added to all prices shown online. To make on online reservation click here. Pavilion #1, #2 and #3 accommodate up to 12 people and Pavilion #4 can accommodate up to 36 people. Rentals are provided in 4 hour slots, one offered in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Our morning rental option is from 10 am - 2 pm and our afternoon rental option is from 3 pm - 6 pm. Food & Beverages
Shea's Ranch allows you to bring your own food or beverages into our park. We only ask that you please keep your area clean and free of trash. Garbage cans are available all around the pond. If you would like to access the barbecue areas please be mindful of others and clean your grill after each use. For the safety of our guests, no glass containers are allowed and coolers will be checked for contents.
Chairs and Umbrellas
Shea's Ranch allows you to bring your own lounging chairs and beach umbrellas to enjoy your day at our One Acre Pond.
Fishing - Catch and Release
Shea's Ranch One Acre Pond allows you to fish, as long as you are mindful of others swimming in the area. Sections will be separated for water activities, please keep your rods at a distance. All fish caught is strictly catch and release.
Dress Code, Clothing & Shoe Requirements
When visiting Shea's Ranch please note that bare feet are required while using our action obstacle courses. All guests are required to wear life jackets, which we provide. Swimsuits worn by Shea Ranch Water park guests must not have any external buttons, zippers, or other hard metal or plastic protrusions that may damage the fiberglass when sliding. We ask that our guests dress appropriately for our family environment. Proper swimwear is required for all water park attractions. Denim and swimwear with zippers, buckles, or rivets are not permitted on water park attractions. Clothing with offensive material will not be permitted inside the park. Please refrain from displaying undergarments or wearing low-riding garments. Clothing or accessories that contain or display anything that can be construed as gang colors or a gang emblem are not permitted.
First Aid/Health Services
First aid is located in the main gate.
Lost Children and Unaccompanied Minors
We cannot page lost or separated parties. Be sure to have a specific meeting place for your group. We recommend looking for your party, should they become separated from your group, in the Main Entry Gate. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Small children must be within arm’s reach of an adult at all times.
Inappropriate Behavior
Any Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and is grounds for removal from the park without a refund.
Lost and Found
For lost items visit the front gate.
Balloons
For the safety of our animals, please do not bring balloons into the park.
Pond Access
For safety reasons, guests with certain disabilities may not be permitted on obstacle courses. Children under 5 are not allowed to participate in our obstacle course.
Smoking
Shea's Ranch - One acre pond is a smoke-free environment. We ask that guests refrain from both smoking and vaping within the park.
Life Jackets
Complimentary life jackets are located at the Main Gate and are recommended for inexperienced swimmers. Children 8 years and under must be accompanied by an adult while in the water. Life jackets must be worn by all guests participating in our Floating Obstacle Course. Loose shirts are not allowed to be worn on body slides.
Rain & Thunderstorms
Shea Ranch will remain open during periods of rain. However, operations will be temporarily be suspended if there are electrical storms or other severe weather conditions in the area. Attractions will re-open as soon as conditions permit. Rain Policy: During heavy RAIN or STORMS some and/or all rides and/or slides may be shut down temporarily for your safety. Absolutely no refunds or rain-checks will be issued.

- Pavilions #1, #2 and #3: Rentals during weekdays (Monday-Friday), are $24.00 for a 4 hour rental. Rentals during the weekend (Saturday, Sunday or any Holiday) are $45.00 for a four (4) hour rental.
- Pavilion #4: Rentals during weekdays (Monday-Friday), are $36.00 for a 4 hour rental. Rentals during the weekend (Saturday, Sunday or any Holiday) are $72.00 for a four (4) hour rental.
